| Margot loves every aspect of makeup and has the opportunity to work in many media elements including fashion, television, film and editorial. Having worked with leading makeup brands including MAC, Chanel, Dior, Armani and Guerlain Margot has developed a keen eye for every detail of makeup, which is so important in the age of High Definition. Also a Colour Theory Specialist, Margot has guest lectured at schools internationally including L.A. Makeup Academy, London College of Fashion, the Ontario College of Art and Design and the School of Makeup Art.
Based in Toronto, Canada, Margot has worked with many talented recording artists including the Backstreet Boys, David Archuletta, the Hidden Cameras, Kids on TV, Peaches, Final Fantasy, Gentleman Reg, One Second 2 Late, Boy George. The Priests and Gloria Gaynor. She has been featured in the Toronto Star, Now Magazine, X-tra, Highrise, Toro and Goodlife Magazine. Her work has appeared on Much Music,Bravo Television, the W Network, Ireland A.M.(Dublin) and Report on Business Television.
An artist first, Margot continually works with local Toronto artists including Andrew Harwood, Luis Jacob and Will Munro. Most recently, Margot completed hair works for Allyson Mitchell's 2009 touring art exhibition 'Ladies Sasquatch'. Working in the arts provides Margot with insight to colour, texture and originality that lies outside of the traditional boundaries of the beauty industry. Margot brings this creative individuality to every work she creates, providing makeup as an art.
